Kandor is a Borderland Nation located in the borderlands next to Saldaea and Arafel. The Capitol City is Chachin, in the heart of Kandor. Ethenielle, the Queen of Kandor, rules from Chachin. The chaos of the surrounding lands have left Kandor relatively unharmed. The Kandori are renowned for their merchants, who frequently "out merchant" any other nationality. Kandori men usually wear pearl earings and forked beards. Kandori people have strange ideas about dept and repayment when compared with the rest of Randland. The Kandori are feirce fighters and have defended their border with the Great Blight successfully since The War of the Hundred Years.

There is a man named Garidin Trahelion that resides in Kandor, and a book will be written about him and his Aiel companion, Dairr, in a Tribute to the Wheel of Time by some of the dedicated fans that live in Pleasanton, CA.
